On the afternoon of August 22, “Bohanyuan Lawyer Lecture” was held in The Swallow Hill. Bohanyuan invited Professor Xiao Jinming who is the dean of Law School of Shandong University (Weihai) to give a lecture entitled "Civil Code and Administration of government by law" to the lawyers. He also indicated “the core of The Civil Code is civilian, not for the code”, “the law is for the people and relying on the people”, “integrating the right of autonomy and co-governance”.
