International Business

International Business is a newly developing and booming field that we have attached great importance to.Our international business team is comprised of seasoned professionals in area of policy, lawyer, foreign language and economics. Lawyers of our team either have overseas education and training experience or attend lawyer’s training program concerning foreign affairs organized by judiciary and Ministry of Justice. Many of lawyers take positions in international business commission, corporate business commission and intellectual property right commission of Shandong Lawyers Association and Jinan Lawyers Association. Two of lawyers have Hong Kong Registered Foreign lawyer’s license. Our international business team has established a long period of effective cooperation with the "China - ASEAN Legal Research Center" of Southwest University of Political Science and Law of China. We also have signed strategic cooperation agreements and established good cooperative relations with many law firms in America, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Macao ,Taiwan, and other countries and regions.We can provide legal service of investment and dispute handling for a wide range of clients in area of finance, mining, manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure, electrical information, and biological medicine.
◆Business Scope
（一）Foreign Investment Legal Service
Provide legal consulting in investment way, ownership structure, government permission, environmental protection and government preferential policies pertinent to overall structure design in foreign-invested enterprise or project.
Conduct diligent investigation in asset condition of Chinese and foreign investment partners. Provide legal service for clients in foreign direct investment pertinent to investment way, ownership structure, way of investment, land use, tax, transfer of technology, customs formalities and labor-capital relationship.
Draft, review, and modify contract, articles of incorporation and other related documents in establishment of foreign-invested enterprise  and each phase of project investment. Assist clients with negotiation in various foreign-invested project.
Function as perennial legal consulting for foreign-invested enterprise. Assist foreign-invested enterprise with establishing and perfecting legal affair management system. Provide legal service in affairs of contract management, risk control, product responsibility and HR management concerned with daily operation foreign-invested enterprise.
Provide agency service for foreign-invested enterprise to handle various dispute. Participate in dissolution, clearing up of foreign-invested enterprise and other legal procedures on behalf of investor or creditor. Participate in legal proceedings and arbitration.
（二）Provide legal service for Chinese enterprises in overseas investment and public listing.

Provide overall legal service for Chinese enterprise and handle overseas investment, project contracting, export of labor services, transfer of technology, project design, contract negotiation, legal document draft and contract execution concerned with conclusion of foreign contract.

Provide legal service for Chinese enterprises in overseas public listing These services include diligent investigation, corporate reorganization, restructure of claimable assets, debt restructuring, and domestic operation formalities perfection. Work with foreign lawyers and intermediary agency to provide relevant explanation to foreign securities market.

Represent Chinese enterprise to participate in work in each phase of foreign investment and provide legal service. Provide legal service pertinent to international bidding and service trade and high quality legal document translation service for client.
Provide legal service for Chinese enterprise in overseas merger and acquisition, including legal framework study of merger and acquisition, examining object of merging, contract draft and negotiation and other major important legal issue.
