BHY provides legal services for companies listed in New Third Board(Chinese OTCBB) on directional issuance financing

Recently, BHY, as the issuers ' legal adviser, provided full legal services for issuing stocks in New Third Board (an over-the-counter market for growing SMEs) , the aggregate amount of financing is more than RMB 100 million. These enterprises are Qiao Technology (831287), Weima (430,732), Xintong Electronics (831,427), Aomei environment (831,149). The BHY team was led by senior partner Mr.Yuan Chunhui, with the support from the team members associate Yang Cunpan, Zhang Junling and Su Yangfan.
