On May 21th, 2015, Zhogntong Bus Holding Corp. (Listing No.000957) successfully obtained the Acceptance of Registration Notification(No. Zhongshixiezhu CP141) from National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors(NAFMII) with respect to issuance of Commercial Paper (CP) in RMB 300 million.
