Professional Experience：
Changjun Liu has worked as a lawyer for 20 years. She provided legal advisory service for more than 200 enterprises and organizations. She participated in a great number of cases about IPO, company operating, restricting and foreign trade. These cases below are very influential.
1. In 1995, Ms. Liu represented Jinan No. six radio factory in the cases of infringement of trade secrets. This is the first time that Jinan Intermediate People’s Court accepted this type of case. The client won the lawsuit, the judgment was successfully enforced.
2. In 1997, Ms. Liu represented Jinan city commercial Cooperative Bank. In the case of loan guarantee contract, the target amount is 12.8 billion Yuan, she recovered losses for her client.
3. In 2001, Ms. Liu represented Shandong Cotton company to negotiate with Xinjiang Sanshan international Real Estate Company. Her client won the lawsuit experienced the second instance held by the Supreme Court.
4. In 2002, Ms. Liu provided legal advice for Weihai wendeng changhong Fishing companies which appealed successfully.
Since 2003, Ms. Liu served as the IPO advisor of Chinese People's Liberation Army No.6455 factory, Jinan Baimai Spring Winery Co., Ltd, Wahhaha Co., Ltd, etc. In these IPO cases, she protected the client’s benefits.
In 2006, Ms.Liu represented Shandong Apollo co. Ltd. and participated in the arbitration. Her opinion was supported by the arbitrators.
From 2005 to now, Ms. Liu and her work term participated in non-litigation cases, such as M&A, restructuring and reorganization. They represented domestic and foreign enterprises, including SIEMENS Ltd,BIZERBA Ltd ,Hongkong Shunxing Company,and Jinan “PLEASE” Ltd
