Acting as an agent for the Land Bureau of Jinan City to respond to the administrative resumption motion of the cancellation of the "Decision on Free Recovery of Idle Land" initiated by a well-known real estate enterprise (land value is 790 million yuan, the first administrative dispute caused by free recovery of land in the province).
A dispute case concerning loan contract of a central enterprise (the target is 30 million yuan, which was seldom seen in the province at the time);
Acting as an agent for the second instance of the dispute over the commissioned development contract between a vice-ministerial-level University in Beijing and a Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. in Leling (Technical contract dispute, digging and obtaining new evidence to change the judgment).
The case of contract disputes between an Information Technology Co., Ltd. in Shandong province and a Technology Co., LTD. In Shanghai (under the circumstance that the product quality appraisal could not be conducted, the lawsuit claim of more than 10 million yuan was all supported by E-mail and other evidences).
Acting as an agent for a certain construction company in Feicheng and a certain development company in Taian in the second instance of the case of execution objection (the ruling of the second instance cancelled the judgment studied by the committee of the Middle Court of the First instance of the subject matter of over 14 million yuan).
Case of architectural design contract between a Certain Garden Group Co., Ltd. and a district Garden Bureau on behalf of them (on the premise that the Work Safety Administration recognizes the principal's secondary liability for the collapse accident of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, the judgment rejects the request of a Bureau of Parks and Woods for the principal's liability for breach of contract).
Acting as an agent for a park and a Jinan Certain trading Co., LTD. Housing lease contract dispute case (developing evidence collection ideas, prompting the court to determine that a company has a secondary decoration problem, which reduced the compensation amount of the park decoration loss by millions of yuan).
Acting for a park and Liu a case of compensation for personal damage (the park was judged to have done its duty of safety protection, completely exempted from liability).
