On September 12, the opening ceremony of the Arbitrator Liaison(Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao) Office and the second Commercial Factoring Arbitration Practice Seminar were held at Qianhai Financial Asset Exchange, Ping An Building, Shenzhen. From Hainan International Arbitration Court, China Association of Trade in Services, Tianjin Higher People's Court, the Jincheng Tongda & Neal, W&H Law Firm (Shenzhen), Xinyin Technology Co. Ltd., Bohanyuan Law Firm, etc. , nearly hundred people attended the ceremony. Director of Bohanyuan Mr. Huo Jianping and Mr. Chong Lin participate in this ceremony as the representative of arbitrators from outside the province.
