Patrick Mak was invited to serve as our advisor. Patrick has been practicing for over twenty years and he is the founder of the law firm Patrick Mak & Tse. Patrick is specializing in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, as well as the listing and other legal services.
Patrick served for a number of Hong Kong listed companies as an independent non-executive director, including U-Right International Holding Co., Ltd, Fu Ji food and Catering Services Holdings Limited, Yuyang Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., and Asia Green Agriculture Corporation (US listed company). He was also appointed as the provisional liquidator of Pacific Rise Holdings Limited and Fu Ji food and Catering Services Holdings Co., Ltd.
