On the morning of July 26, the ceremony of the second session of Legal Counsel (member of expert bank) of Jinan Government were held at Longao Building. The deputy secretary of the Party Committee and mayor Mr. Sun Shutao attended the meeting and awarded the appointment letter to the legal consultant. It requires legal consultant (expert database members) to earnestly maintain the dignity of the law, and play an important role as legal consultant and legal service team for economy and social development of the city. It should be "prior advice", and “fulfil consultant's obligation" when the lawyer provides the legal service. Mr. Sun expected that the lawyers who provide service should concentrate on the professional knowledge into the practice of Jinan economic development. The legal service expedites the construction of build a "four centers" and "big, strong, magnificent, prosperous and convenient" modern capital city to provide strong legal supports. it would accelerate the government management system and the modernized management ability and promote the governing method which is “Government by Law”.
There are 20 legal advisers and 60 expert database members will be engaged this year. They are from institutions of universities, scientific research institutions, law firms and other legal consulting services institutions. Mr. Huo Jianping and Vice director Du Juan were appointed as legal advisers of Jinan Municipal Government, and Vice director Huang Liqun was selected as a member of expert bank of legal consultants of Jinan Government.
