From December 4 to 20, 2018, the director of Bohanyuan Law Firm Mr. Huo Jianping and the lawyer of Bohanyuan Mr. Zhong Lin visited Africa as regular legal consultant of Shandong Jiachi International Trade Company. In the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mr. Huo Jianping and Mr. Chong Lin collected relevant laws and policies of Mauritania and investigated mining areas invested by clients. They attended the board of directors of the joint venture company, and provided legal advice for the proposed merger and acquisition project.
On December 16, Mr. Huo Jianping and Mr. Zhong Lin attended the opening ceremony of the World Mining Congress, and visited the Chinese ambassador and commercial counselor. They also visited two local law firms in Mauritania.
