BoHanYuan and HTML discuss M&A projects in British and China

In October 17, 2013, BoHanYuan’ senior partners-Mr.Huo, Mrs. Huang and Mrs Du receive HTML(Hardy Transaction Management Ltd)’ Partner Paul Hardy and Zheng Nan- the manager of BeiJing office of HTML.
The host and guest held amiable and friendly talks with respect to the cooperation on M&A projects which are in China or British. These projects involve several various sectors including engineering, pharmacy, hotel, etc.. both parties reach a consensus for further cooperation in this meeting.
